The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time
- Shipping time
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time can take between 24-48h, depending on the time of the year and current demand.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time will depend on a variety of factors, including time of the year, shipping area and any internal issues the courier may encounter during transport (this last one is highly unusual).

PACKAGE LOSS
In the unlikely case that the package has been lost during transport, the customer shall be eligible for a complete refund or replacement. In order for a package to be qualified as lost, at least 45 days must pass since the package was dispatched in order to submit a claim.
DUTY TAX WITHIN THE EUROZONE (EU) AND UNITED KINGDOM
Given the case your order is completely or partially shipped from outside the Eurozone, all duties shall be paid by Horizon Stores. In the rare case your package requires duty payments, please send us a copy of the tax invoice and the amount will be refunded through the same method used to make the payment in our shop.
